Serves up to 4 people per house, or a total of 06 people, but with a fee of 150.00 per extra person.

It contains two suites, living room, rustic balcony with two stools, kitchen (stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender),

Service area, tree shower with strong shower (common outdoor area),
1 extra bathroom in the outdoor area, balconies with hammocks and private parking (gate with control)

Payment of electricity and well water already included in the rent.


Payment Terms:
60% on booking;
40% two days before arrival;
30% deposit in cash/bank transfer;
